What happened

Polaris Industries is recalling certain 2013-2015 Victory motorcycles including the Cross Country, Cross Roads, Hammer Eight Ball, High Ball, Jackpot, Vegas Eight Ball, Ness Cross Country, Gunner, and Hardball models. The fuel pump in these motorcycles may have been incorrectly crimped during manufacturing, which could cause the fuel pump to seize.

If the fuel pump seizes, the motorcycle will stall, increasing the risk of a crash. Affected owners should contact Victory consumer service at 1-877-737-7172 to be notified about the recall. Dealers will replace the fuel pump free of charge. The recall number is V-15-01 A/B.
