A plastic toy bunny and tube product called Happy Hours (VICTORY) has been recalled due to excessive levels of phthalates, chemicals used in plastics. The product contains 4.1% di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), which exceeds the allowed limit of 0.1%, and a combined 16.7% of di-isononyl phthalate (DINP) and di-isodecyl phthalate (DIDP), also exceeding the 0.1% limit. Phthalates may harm unborn children and impair fertility. The toy consists of a 16-centimeter plastic tube filled with multicolored candies, topped with a toy bunny riding a red bicycle, and includes a warning label indicating it is unsuitable for children under 3 years old.

The toy consists of a plastic tube (16 cm height, 2 cm diameter), which contains multicoloured candies, and a toy on the top of the tube. The toy is of a shape of a grey-yellow little bunny riding a red bicycle, with two small back wheels and a big front one. The following warning is written on a paper inside the tube (in Greek): "ATTENTION: It contains small parts. Not suitable for children under 3 years old".
