2014 HARLEY-DAVIDSON TRIKE
Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Harley-Davidson is recalling certain 2014 Trike motorcycles manufactured between July 24, 2013, and September 2, 2013. These motorcycles have an incorrectly machined fork stem bracket that can allow the inner fairing to contact the rear brake fluid reservoir, causing brake fluid to leak and reducing brake performance. The same defect can also damage the steering damper, reducing the rider's ability to control the motorcycle. Either condition increases the risk of a crash.
Harley-Davidson will notify owners and replace the fork stem bracket free of charge at authorized dealers. The recall began on December 2, 2013. Affected owners should contact Harley-Davidson at 1-800-258-2464 with recall number 0152 to have their motorcycle inspected and repaired.
