What happened

Scag Power Equipment is recalling certain Tiger Cub zero-turn-radius riding lawn tractors because fuel can leak from the carburetor, creating a fire and burn injury hazard. The affected tractors are "Cat's Eye Gold" models with black trim and a vinyl seat, displaying "Scag Tiger Cub" in red lettering on the sides and front. Specific model and serial numbers are identified in the recall, with serial numbers found under the seat next to the hydraulic pump on the right side.

If you own one of the recalled tractors, you should stop using it immediately and contact a Scag Equipment dealer for a free repair. Scag is directly notifying consumers who completed and returned warranty cards.
