Forest River, Inc. is recalling certain 2021-2022 Impression Fifth Wheel Recreational Vehicles because the center identification light on the rear of the vehicle was installed too high compared to the other lights. This incorrect positioning reduces visibility of the vehicle for other drivers and fails to meet federal safety standards for lamps and reflective devices, increasing the risk of a crash.
To remedy this issue, Forest River dealers will reposition the center top lamp and install a reflector in its place at no charge to owners. Owner notification letters were mailed on December 21, 2021. Affected consumers should contact Forest River Customer Service at 1-574-296-2084 to schedule service, referencing recall number 83-1441.
