Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
General Motors is recalling certain 2015 Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon trucks manufactured between January 6, 2014, and April 1, 2015. The driver's and/or front passenger seat frame attachment hooks may not have been properly secured to the vehicle body during assembly, which means the seats may not be adequately anchored. If a crash occurs, this could increase the risk of injury to seat occupants.
GM began notifying owners in June 2015 and will have dealers inspect and correct the seat installation at no charge. Affected owners of Chevrolet vehicles should contact Chevrolet customer service at 1-800-222-1020, and GMC owners should contact GMC customer service at 1-800-462-8782. The recall number is 15150.
