Fabric book for babies
Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Wee Gallery fabric books for babies, sold under names including "Friendly Faces in the Wild," "Friendly Faces in the Garden," and "Pitter Pat," pose a choking hazard. The sewn-in information label inside these soft, concertina-style books can detach easily, and small children may put the label in their mouth and choke. The books, which come in the shapes of bears, cats, tigers, and penguins and are packaged in cardboard boxes with transparent lids, do not comply with toy safety requirements under the Toy Safety Directive and European standard EN 71-1.
The importer initiated a recall of the product from end users, effective June 5, 2017. The source does not specify what remedy affected consumers should pursue.
