Starbucks is recalling reusable stainless steel Cold-to-Go drinking straws sold in sets of three or included with stainless steel beverage cups in Grande (16-ounce) and Venti (24-ounce) sizes. The Grande straws are approximately 9.5 inches long and the Venti straws are approximately 10.4 inches long. Both types feature a ridge at the bottom that attaches the straw to the lid. The straws pose a laceration hazard because they are rigid and can poke children in the mouth, causing injury.

According to the recall, consumers should not allow children to handle or use the stainless steel straws.
