What happened

Felt Bicycles is recalling all 2011 F3, F4, F5, and F75 bicycles with carbon fiber frames and carbon fiber forks. The affected bicycles can be identified by their model year and finish: 2011 F3 models are satin carbon and satin white with red decals; 2011 F4 models are satin carbon and satin white with grey decals; 2011 F5 models are satin carbon or matte black with a diamond shape design; and 2011 F75 models are gloss navy. All recalled bicycles have "Felt" written across the down tube of the frame.

The fork on these bicycles can break, which may cause the rider to lose control, fall, and suffer injuries. According to the recall notice, consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bicycles and contact their local Felt Bicycles dealer to receive a free inspection and repair.
