What happened

Outerwears Inc. is recalling Funnel Pre-Filters used in fuel funnels for off-road and racing vehicles. The filters, which come in model numbers 20-2465-03, 20-2466-03, 20-2467-03, and 20-2474-03, are red fabric mesh filters available in small and large sizes in two different shapes. The product poses a fire hazard because removing the filters from the fuel tank can create a flash.
