Carter's infant jumpsuits
Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Carter's infant jumpsuits with decorative satin ribbons attached to zipper pull tabs are being recalled because the ribbons can detach and pose a choking hazard to infants. The recalled jumpsuits are available in three styles: 100 percent cotton interlock versions with teddy bear, bunny, or puppy embroidery, or cotton/polyester velour versions with teddy bear or bunny embroidery. All recalled items feature a 6-inch satin ribbon (either solid-colored or printed with "Carter's") threaded through the zipper pull tab and were sold in sizes Small (0-3 months), Medium (3-6 months), and Large (6-9 months).
Consumers who own these jumpsuits should immediately remove and discard the ribbon from the zipper pull tab. Once the ribbon is removed, the garment can continue to be worn safely without it.
