What happened

Baby 2 Pack Pacifiers sold in packs of two are being recalled because the rubber nipple can easily detach from the white or light blue plastic guard, creating a choking hazard for young children. The pacifiers come in cardboard packaging featuring a baby, toy blocks, toy train engine, and diaper pin with a bear, and are marked with "Baby," "2 pack Pacifiers," and "BI194" on the front. The back of the package displays an American flag and states "AN AMERICAN COMPANY."
