What happened

Acuity Lighting Group Inc. is recalling light fixtures designed for low mounting heights in parking garages, stairwells, entrances, and aisles. Two nuts in the mounting mechanism of these fixtures were not properly attached, which could cause the fixture to detach and fall, potentially striking people below. The TGL and TGR series fixtures are not part of this recall because they use a different mounting mechanism.
