What happened

VTech Industries and the CPSC have recalled the Little Smart Soft Songs Baby Phone (model 39100), a yellow cordless toy phone with a blue padded border. The phone features a mirror, four talking musical buttons, a ringing light-up phone button, a red on/off button, and a yellow ball-shaped antenna. The ball-shaped antenna can detach from the toy, creating a choking hazard for young children.
