Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Clek, Inc. is recalling certain Olli booster seats (model OL12U2) manufactured between January 20, 2020 and May 10, 2022, and Ozzi booster seats (model OZ11U2) manufactured between March 1, 2020 and May 10, 2022. These seats are missing an installation diagram that shows how to properly install the booster seat with a continuous-loop lap and shoulder belt. Without this label, the child seat may be installed improperly, which could increase the risk of injury during a crash.
To remedy this issue, Clek will mail owners a new installation label at no cost. Owner notification letters were expected to begin mailing on July 25, 2022. Owners who believe they have an affected seat can contact Clek's customer service by email at olliozzilabel@clekinc.com or by phone at 1-866-656-2462.
