The rear lights on these vehicles are excessively bright, which may reduce the vision of other drivers and increase the risk of a crash. The vehicles do not comply with federal safety standards for lighting equipment.
To remedy this issue, dealers will install a filter kit in the rear lights at no cost to owners. Owners should contact Rosenbauer customer service at 1-651-462-1000 to schedule this service. Owner notification letters were mailed on June 14, 2021.
