Keystone RV Company is recalling certain 2020 Crossroads brand trailers across multiple model lines (Cameo, Cruiser, Hampton, Volante, Redwood, and Sunset) due to a wiring issue in the WiFi prep system. The WiFi prep wiring may lack proper circuit protection between the WiFi switch and WiFi prep components, which could result in a short circuit and create an increased risk of fire.
Owners of affected trailers should contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369 to report their vehicle. Keystone will notify owners and dealers will correct the circuit protection at no charge. The recall began on March 3, 2020, and Keystone's reference number for this recall is 20-368.
