What happened

Crossroads RV is recalling certain 2014 Redwood and Rushmore trailers manufactured between March 8, 2013, and February 27, 2014, that are equipped with specific Frigidaire KG-series microwaves (models CFMV152CLB and CFMV154CLS, manufactured January 27, 2013, through April 10, 2013, with serial numbers KG30607951 through KG31600670). The microwaves may start on their own and begin heating without user input, which could cause a fire if food or other contents are inside the unit when this occurs.

Crossroads RV dealers will repair the membrane/keypad component on affected microwaves at no charge to owners. Owners of recalled trailers should contact Crossroads RV at 1-855-226-7496 to arrange for the free repair.
