DS Corp, doing business as Crossroads RV, is recalling certain 2016 model year Sunset Trail, Cruiser Aire, Cruiser, Cameo, and ReZerve recreational trailers manufactured between March 4, 2015, and March 20, 2015. The screws that attach the expanding room to the sliding mechanism cable may fail, potentially allowing the room to extend unintentionally while the vehicle is in motion, which increases the risk of a crash.
Crossroads will notify owners, and dealers will replace the slide room mechanism attaching screws at no charge. The recall began on April 6, 2015. Affected owners should contact Crossroads customer service at 1-855-226-7496 and reference recall number 36.
