Is my product affected?

2019 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN

  • Brand DODGE

Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.

What happened

Chrysler is recalling certain 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan vehicles because the welds on the outboard rear seat strikers for the second and third row seats may fail during a crash. If these welds fail, the seat or seat belt may not adequately restrain the occupant, increasing the risk of injury. The second row bench and bucket seats may also not withstand required loads.

To remedy this issue, Chrysler dealers will weld in a striker reinforcement bracket on the second and third row outboard seat strikers at no cost to owners. Owners should contact FCA US customer service at 1-800-853-1403 to arrange service for their vehicle. The recall identification number is V91.
