Dejana Truck & Utility Equipment Co is recalling certain 2013-2016 Dominator-Propane, Dominator I, Dominator II, Dominator III, and Dominator IV vehicles manufactured between April 23, 2013, and January 22, 2016, that are equipped with IMT cranes in models 6000, 7500, 8600, 9500, 10000, 12000, or 14000. The valve bank cover on these cranes may crack and detach during transport, creating a road hazard that increases the risk of a crash.
Dealers will replace the valve bank cover with a thicker cover at no cost to owners. The recall began on June 2, 2016. Owners of affected vehicles should contact Dejana customer service at 1-888-836-0649 to arrange the replacement. The recall is identified as TB2016001/TB2016002.
