What happened

Capacity of Texas is recalling certain 2013-2015 ISB13 Yard Tractors manufactured between September 1, 2013, and April 22, 2015. These vehicles lack a dimmer switch to control dashboard backlighting, which means drivers cannot adjust the amount of illumination on the dashboard. If drivers cannot see the dashboard controls clearly due to improper lighting, this distraction could increase the risk of a crash.

Capacity will notify owners, and the company will install a dimmer switch free of charge. The recall began on May 27, 2015. Affected owners should contact Capacity customer service at 1-800-323-0135.
