Chrysler is recalling certain 2013 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks manufactured between January 7, 2013, and February 28, 2013, that are equipped with optional premium headlamps. The headlight shutters may not function properly when the high beams are engaged, which can reduce the driver's visibility and potentially blind oncoming traffic, increasing the risk of a crash.
