2013 FORD FUSION
Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Ford is recalling certain 2013 Fusion vehicles manufactured between February 3, 2012, and October 20, 2012, because the low-beam headlamp projector coating may not have been properly cured during manufacturing. As a result, the coating can become hazy over time during normal vehicle operation, which reduces the brightness of the low-beam lamp and may decrease driver visibility, potentially increasing the risk of a vehicle crash.
Ford will notify owners of the recall, and dealers will replace the affected headlamp assembly at no cost. The recall began on December 18, 2012. Owners of affected vehicles should contact Ford Motor Company Customer Relationship Center at 1-866-436-7332.
