What happened

PlayMonster has recalled the Kid O Hudson Glow Rattle, a motion-activated puppy-shaped rattle measuring approximately 4 inches long by 2 inches wide by 3.8 inches high. The white puppy with red and green spots features textured soft plastic legs in red (front) and green (back) designed for teething, and it makes a soft rattling sound when shaken. The battery cover on the puppy's stomach is marked "Kid O."

The rattle's legs can break off, creating a choking hazard for young children. According to the recall, consumers should immediately remove the rattles from children, stop using them, and contact PlayMonster for instructions on receiving a $25 refund. PlayMonster will provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the recalled product.
