What happened

Halo is recalling five models of promotional children's projector flashlights featuring Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Avengers, and ESPN branding. The flashlights, which measure 3 inches long and 0.5 inches in diameter and come in red, dark blue, or light blue, can be disassembled by children to access the button cell batteries inside. Each flashlight contains four LR41 button cell batteries, which pose ingestion and choking hazards. The recalled flashlights were distributed as part of a Disney-branded care package that also included a tote bag, silicone wristband, playing cards, ink pen, journal, wall decals, and postcards.

Consumers who have a recalled projector flashlight should immediately remove it from children and stop using it. They should contact Halo for a full refund and a pre-paid shipping label to return the flashlight. Once Halo receives the returned product, the consumer will receive a $5 gift card redeemable at a major national retailer.

The model name is imprinted on the middle of the flashlight. The flashlights are red, dark blue or light blue. They measure 3 inches long and .5 inches in diameter. The recalled flashlights were part of a Disney-branded care package that also includes a tote bag, silicone wristband, playing cards, ink pen, journal, wall decals and a set of postcards. There are four button cell batteries with model number LR41 inside the flashlight.
