What happened

Rexair has recalled Rainbow SRX vacuums (model number RHCS19 Type 120 with serial numbers between 22003399 and 22077889) because the circuit board can spark, creating fire and burn hazards. The affected vacuum is predominantly black with blue trim, has "SRX" logos on the front panels, and features a clear water basin at the base.

If you own an affected vacuum, you should immediately unplug it and stop using it. You should then contact an authorized Rainbow distributor for a free repair.
