What happened

Comfort Research has recalled Ultra Lounge bean bag chair covers due to a hazard where children can open the exterior zippers, crawl inside the covers, and become entrapped or suffocate on the foam beads. The recalled covers are natural polyester Sherpa, teardrop-shaped bean bag chair covers measuring 28 inches by 28 inches by 36 inches. They were sold as DIY packages without foam bead filling and feature three sewn-in identification tags: one reading "id COLORS" with "RN48711," another with UPC label code "PO#12991" or "PO#13539," and a third with care instructions and warning notices.

According to the recall notice, consumers who own these bean bag chair covers should immediately remove them from areas where children have access and contact Comfort Research to receive a full refund.
