What happened

Saks Incorporated is recalling boys' vests sold in toddler sizes 2T through 4T under the URIT and Parisian Kids brands. The recalled vests are red nylon/blue fleece reversible zippered vests with black and white checkered elastic toggles on the zipper pulls. The elastic toggles on the zipper pulls can loosen and come off, creating a choking hazard for young children. The vests have a front zipper and three pocket zippers, with labels that read "Parisian kids" or "URIT" and "MADE IN KOREA."

If you have one of these vests, you should stop using it immediately and return it to any Saks store for a refund.
