Emson is recalling UComfy Neck and Shoulder Heat wraps because the product can overheat and pose a burn hazard to users. The recalled wraps are electric-powered devices designed to provide heat to the neck, shoulders, and upper back. They come in two versions: beige (item number 9700FE) and blue (item number 9699FE). The item numbers can be found on the product's washing instructions label, and the electric controller unit is marked "TYPE HP74."
