What happened

Harbor Freight Tools is recalling propane torches approximately 22.5 inches long that are sold as kits including a wand, flow valve, turbo blast trigger, hard rubber grip, and hose. The hose can crack or burst, creating a fire and explosion hazard. The recalled torches have markings on the hose reading "IN-8MM OUT-13MM BURST 525 PSI PRESSURE WORK 150 PSI MADE IN CHINA" and came packaged in clear plastic wrap with white cardboard backing and assembly instructions. Similar torches marked "Made in Italy" are not affected by this recall.

Consumers who own the recalled propane torches should stop using them immediately and call Harbor Freight Tools to obtain a refund.
