What happened

Kiddieland is recalling three models of "Lights and Sounds" three-wheeled scooters because a child's finger can become caught in the hinge mechanism between the steering column and the platform, creating a laceration hazard. The recalled scooters include a red Spiderman model, a blue Thomas & Friends model, and a pink girl's scooter with butterflies on the platform. All three models have buttons on the handle that play music and sounds, and feature "Kiddieland" molded on the back of the steering mechanism.

If you have one of the recalled scooters, you should immediately take it away from children and contact Kiddieland for a free repair kit.
