Is my product affected?

B.O.B.® single and double strollers

  • Brand B.O.B. Trailers Inc., of Boise, Idaho

Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.

What happened

B.O.B. Trailers is recalling 11 models of jogging strollers because a yellow or orange drawstring located at the rear of the canopy can wrap around a child's neck, creating a strangulation hazard. The drawstring is used to gather loose fabric when the canopy is pulled back. The recalled models include Sport Utility Stroller, Sport Utility Stroller D'Lux, Ironman 800000-803700, Sport Utility Duallie, Ironman Duallie, Revolution, Revolution 12", Stroller Strides, Revolution Duallie, Revolution Duallie 12", and Stroller Strides Duallie. Consumers can identify affected strollers by looking for the "B.O.B" name on the cargo basket and front of the stroller, and by checking the serial number stamped in the frame or on a white label on the stroller's rear right leg against the provided serial number ranges.

According to the recall notice, consumers should immediately stop using the recalled strollers and remove the drawstring. If a Weather Shield or Sun Shield accessory was purchased separately and is being used with the recalled stroller, consumers should contact B.O.B. Trailers for a free canopy retrofit kit.
