Escalade Sports is recalling belt-style swing seats used on four models of Oasis Playsets (models PG01W, PG02W, PG03W, and PG04W) because the green plastic seats can crack and break in half, potentially causing users to fall. The affected swing seats are approximately 26 inches long, hung from green plastic-coated chains, and have rounded ends with black grommets. They can be identified by checking the model number on a plate located on the swing's horizontal beam.

Consumers who own these playsets should immediately stop using the swing seats and contact Escalade Sports to obtain free replacement swing seats.

This recall involves belt-style swing seats on four models of Oasis Playsets: PG01W, PG02W, PG03W and PG04W. Model numbers are located on a plate on the swing's horizontal beam. The green plastic seats are about 26 inches long and are hung from green, plastic-coated chains. The swing seats have rounded ends with black grommets on each end. Printed on one side of the seat is: MADE IN CHINA GUARANTEED FOR ONE YEAR ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED DO NOT INSTALL IN AREAS WHERE TEMPERATURES EXCEED 120DEG F Printed on the other side of the seat is: WARNING IMPROPER USE MAINTENANCE INSTALLATION OR VANDALISM CAN DAMAGE SEAT AND LEAD TO SERIOUS INJURY FOR RESIDENTIAL USE BY ONE CHILD
