Cannondale is recalling Lefty bicycle forks sold on specific 2007 and 2008 mountain bicycle models because the carbon or aluminum forks can break during use. When a fork breaks, the rider may lose control of the bicycle, fall, and suffer serious injuries.
According to the recall, consumers should stop using the affected bicycles immediately. Cannondale dealers will repair the forks at no charge.
