Small World Toys Recalls Children's Wooden Sound Puzzles with Knobs for Choking Hazard

What happened

Small World Toys is recalling two wooden sound puzzles sold under the Puzzibilities and Ryan's Room brands due to a choking hazard. The recalled puzzles are "Sounds on the Farm" and "Sounds on the Go," which feature four animal or vehicle-shaped pieces with wooden knobs that produce sounds when lifted from the puzzle board. These puzzles can be identified by the product name printed on the top left of the board and copyright information along with item number 24101 or 24102 printed at the bottom.

The wooden knobs on the puzzle pieces can detach, creating a choking risk for young children. According to the recall notice, consumers should immediately remove the toy from children and contact Small World Toys to receive a free replacement toy.
