The affected battery packs were sold either with a charger (item number 73904) or with the radio-controlled XPV toy itself (item number 73906). Consumers can identify the recalled batteries by looking for markings that say "Fly Wheelz," "XPV," and "JAKKS Pacific" along with "Lithium-ion Polymer battery (LiPo)" and associated warnings on the packaging.
Consumers who have these battery packs should stop using them immediately and contact JAKKS Pacific for information on receiving a free replacement battery pack. The XPV Xtreme Performance Vehicle is not part of this recall.
