What happened

Regal Lager Inc. is recalling the e3 Buggy, a three-wheeled stroller with a black steel frame available in various fabric colors. The recall affects the optional "Doubles Kit" add-on seat that allows a second child to ride behind the main seat. When this additional seat is attached in the lower position on top of the rear axle, children seated there can reach the stroller's rear tires, which poses an abrasion hazard.

According to the recall, consumers should immediately stop using the additional rear seat in the lower position on top of the rear axle. Consumers should contact Regal Lager to receive free additional rear wheel guards.
