What happened

Reebok children's fleece pullover and pant sets with navy blue quarter-zip zippers are being recalled because the zipper slider and pull can detach, creating a choking hazard for young children. The recalled sets were sold in navy blue/red or navy blue/pink color combinations in sizes up to children's size 7, with "Reebok" printed on the front and style numbers ending in 1816, 2816, 3816, 1816N, 2816N, 1814, 2814, 4814, or 5814 on the store tag. Some sets included matching mittens and feature hoods that fold under the collar.

Consumers who have purchased the recalled product should immediately remove it from young children and contact Adjmi to receive a replacement product.
