Gymboree is recalling Caroline Flower Baby Sandals (SKU 140002069, sizes 1 to 8) because a plastic flower attached to the front strap can pull or snap off, creating a choking hazard for young children. The sandals have a white upper sole and cork-covered outer sole with a white decorative plastic flower on the front strap. The SKU number can be found on the price tag above the bar code.

Consumers should immediately stop using the sandals and return them to a Gymboree store for a refund. Alternatively, consumers can return the sandals to Gymboree by mail. Consumers should contact Gymboree for return instructions.
