Dollar Tree Stores Inc. has recalled two styles of battery-operated electronic musical toys shaped like a drum and a xylophone that come with a drumstick. The ball on the end of the drumstick can break off during use, creating a choking hazard for young children. These multi-colored toys are labeled "LIGHT & SOUND MUSICAL TOY" and "TOY TUNES" on the top of the package, with a "TRY ME!" label on the bottom right, and packaging information showing "DOLLAR TREE DIST., CHESAPEAKE, VA 23320" and "MADE IN CHINA."
Consumers who have purchased these toys should immediately take them away from young children and return the recalled toys to the Dollar Tree store where they were purchased for a refund.
