What happened

Leiner Health Products is recalling Nature's Valley Women's Formula Multivitamin supplements because the bottles lack child-resistant packaging as required by law. The recalled product is sold in brown plastic bottles with light yellow labels, green screw-on caps, and contains 60 tablets. The recall applies only to bottles with lot numbers IFA2750 or IFA2751, which are printed vertically on the back of each bottle (UPC code 0 41163 27006 0). Iron-containing supplements can cause serious injury or death if swallowed by children.

Consumers who have purchased this product should immediately move the bottles away from children's reach and return them to the store where they were purchased for a refund.
