ElliptiGO has recalled certain ElliptiGO 11R outdoor elliptical cycles due to a hazard involving the drive arm. The drive arm on these cycles can crack or break during use, which poses a fall risk to users. The recall applies only to ElliptiGO 11R cycles with serial numbers ranging from 12-003-069 through 12-020-035. The serial number can be found underneath the product, toward the rear of where the kickstand attaches to the frame. The ElliptiGO 11R is a scooter-like exercise device for adults that combines an elliptical trainer with a bicycle, featuring an aluminum frame, carbon-fiber drive arms, two 20-inch spoked wheels, an 11-speed internally geared hub, brakes, and an adjustable height steering column.
Consumers who own an affected ElliptiGO 11R cycle should stop using it immediately and contact ElliptiGO to receive free replacement drive arms. The replacement drive arms are to be installed by an authorized dealer.

The serial number is located underneath the product to the rear of where the kickstand attaches to the frame. The cycles are matte black with white markings and the words ElliptiGO on the frame.
