What happened

ElliptiGO Inc. is recalling three models of its Arc stand-up bicycles—the Arc 3, Arc 8, and Arc 24—because the aluminum frame can break while riding, which poses fall and injury hazards to users. The bicycles feature foot platforms on drive arms attached to swing arms, handlebars, front and rear brakes, and wheels, with model numbers indicating their gear counts.

Consumers who own a recalled ElliptiGO Arc bicycle should immediately stop using it and contact ElliptiGO Inc. for a replacement bike, credit, or refund. The company will prorate the credit or refund amount based on the age of the bicycle.
