Venom Motorsports has recalled youth model all-terrain vehicles sold exclusively on VenomMotorsports.com because they do not meet mandatory federal safety requirements, including speed restrictions. The recalled ATVs were imported and distributed in the United States without a Consumer Product Safety Commission-approved ATV Action Plan. These safety failures pose a risk of serious injury or death to users.
The recall affects five youth ATV models: the E-Madix 1300w 48V electric model, the E-Grizzly 1500w 48V electric model, the Mini Madix 110cc gas model, the Grizzly 125cc gas model, and the Racing Madix 125cc gas model. These four-wheel vehicles were sold in green/white, blue/black, black/orange, and white/orange color combinations with "Venom" printed on them. The model number can be found on a black plate on the top of the left rear side of the tire. According to the recall notice, consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ATVs and contact Venom Motorsports to arrange their return for a full refund.
