What happened

Atomi is recalling Sharper Image USB wall chargers with model numbers TSI202 and TSI260 because they can overheat and smoke, creating fire and burn hazards. These black plastic chargers, measuring about 2 ½ inches high by 1 ½ inches wide, are used to recharge electronic devices like MP3 players through a USB connection. The chargers have "The Sharper Image" printed on top and the model number on the bottom.

If you own one of these recalled chargers, you should immediately stop using it and contact Atomi for instructions on returning the charger for a full refund.
