Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Whitehall-Robins Healthcare and the CPSC are recalling yellow rabbit-shaped teething rings that were sold with Baby Anbesol® Grape Gel in kits labeled "THE BABY'S TEETHING KIT" and "FAST TEETHING PAIN RELIEF." The teething rings, which are approximately 3 inches long and 2.25 inches high with two molded holes for grasping, can fit into an infant's mouth when bent and trigger a gagging reflex, creating a risk of vomiting, choking, and aspiration.
Consumers should immediately remove these teething rings from infants and contact Whitehall-Robins Healthcare for information on returning the teething ring to receive a free Anbesol® product. The Baby Anbesol® Grape Gel included with the kits is not part of this recall.
