What happened

U.S. Divers has recalled Martinique Jr. youth snorkeling mask sets sold exclusively at Costco. The sets include a blue mask with silver accents, a snorkel, and fins. The masks feature a tempered glass lens with the U.S. Divers logo on the upper bridge and inset on the lens itself, along with adjustable silicone straps and buckles printed with the U.S. Divers "wave" logo.

The recalled masks pose a laceration hazard because notches in the tempered glass lens can break when exposed to certain water pressure, potentially cutting the user.
