Tween Brands has recalled two styles of disco lamps sold exclusively at Justice stores due to safety hazards. The black disco light (style 900528) and star disco light (style 901651), marketed under the Style My Room by Justice brand name, have electrical wiring in the lamp base that is accessible and can overheat, creating an electrical shock hazard. These plastic lamps are approximately 7 inches tall with a 4-inch diameter ball featuring multi-colored disco lights mounted on a round black base with a side-mounted on/off switch. The style number can be found in the lower left corner of the label on the back of the product packaging.
Consumers who own these recalled lamps should immediately stop using them and unplug them. The lamps can be returned to any Justice store for a full refund.
