What happened

Mill's Pride utility wall cabinets sold at Home Depot between July 2000 and May 2001 are being recalled due to a hazard where the cabinets can detach from the wall and fall. The affected cabinets are white, measure 54 inches wide by 24 inches high, feature three doors, two adjustable shelves, and one divider panel, and are made of particle board with white vinyl laminate. These cabinets were sold fully assembled for consumer installation.

According to the recall notice, consumers who own an affected cabinet should carefully remove the cabinet's contents and contact Mill's Pride to receive a free repair kit.

There are no identifying labels on the product; however, these were the only assembled white 54-inch utility cabinets sold at Home Depot stores from July 2000 through May 2001.
